Call for Papers – Advances in Tourism Studies (Volume 3, 2025)

We are pleased to invite submissions for Volume 3 (2025) of Advances in Tourism Studies, an open-access journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in tourism and hospitality.

In 2024, the journal experienced a security breach, and all manuscripts during that year were processed manually. We thank our contributors for their patience and support during that period.

Starting from June 2025, Advances in Tourism Studies has fully returned to regular operation and transitioned to the secure Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. All new submissions will now be handled exclusively via OJS, ensuring a streamlined, transparent, and secure peer-review process.

We welcome papers on topics including (but not limited to):
• Sustainable tourism and green practices
• Destination development and marketing
• Hospitality innovation and service excellence
• Cultural, heritage, and community-based tourism
• Post-COVID tourism recovery and transformation
• Digitalization and smart tourism
• Tourism economics, policy, and planning
