  • Editorial Workflow Clarification and Temporary Submission Procedure

    2025-10-04

The Editorial Board of Advances in Tourism Studies confirms that all published manuscripts undergo a double blind peer review process involving at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on reviewer evaluations, and revisions are required prior to acceptance. Reviewer reports and editorial records are properly documented and archived.

During a recent system transition, several manuscripts were processed outside the online platform. The peer review process was conducted rigorously, and only the final accepted versions were uploaded for publication.

Until further notice, all new submissions must be sent to:

    contact@azuralwpress.com

    Subject line format:

ATS Submission – [First Author Last Name] – [Short Title]

    Example:
ATS Submission – Rahman – Sustainable Coastal Tourism Governance

Submissions must include the manuscript file and a separate title page with full author details.

The journal remains committed to maintaining high academic standards and transparency in its editorial governance.
