System Recovery Notice

We are pleased to announce that our journal has successfully recovered from a prolonged security breach that affected our editorial system for the past year. Following this, we have migrated to a new and secure Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the breach, we were unable to retrieve submission data and editorial records from Volume 2 onwards in the old system. However, we have maintained a complete offline database documenting the status of all manuscripts, including submissions, peer reviews, and acceptance decisions.

To maintain integrity and honor the work of our contributors, all previously accepted manuscripts will be published directly on the new platform. We assure our readers and indexing partners that this process follows ethical publishing practices and full documentation is available for verification upon request.

We remain committed to transparency, accountability, and the advancement of scholarly communication.
