Following this, we have migrated to a <strong data-start="911" data-end="956">new and secure Open Journal Systems (OJS)</strong> platform.</p> <p data-start="968" data-end="1291">Unfortunately, due to the nature of the breach, we were unable to retrieve submission data and editorial records from <strong data-start="1086" data-end="1106">Volume 2 onwards</strong> in the old system. However, we have maintained a <strong data-start="1156" data-end="1185">complete offline database</strong> documenting the status of all manuscripts, including submissions, peer reviews, and acceptance decisions.</p> <p data-start="1293" data-end="1612">To maintain integrity and honor the work of our contributors, <strong data-start="1355" data-end="1421">all previously accepted manuscripts will be published directly</strong> on the new platform.
